Talented singer and songwriter Alex Economou, having worked with the biggest names in the Greek music industry, and carrying to his name various awards and honors from Los Angeles and New York, where he made his first musical steps, returns with his new single “Sometimes.”

“Sometimes,” a cinematic-style song filled with intense emotional bursts, reflects the need of respecting and believing in ourselves, in a world full of judgement and high expectations.

Honnors: best pop song nomination 2012, the best jazz artist of the year 2013

Lyrics:
Sometimes you wake up in your sleep
Sometimes you're desperately in need
Sometimes you can't say what you think
At times you have trouble to breathe

Sometimes the clock is ticking fast
How long is this dream gonna last
Those times are hidden in the past
Those times are hidden in the past

Sometimes you run, Sometimes you hide
Sometimes you lie, Sometimes you cry
Sometimes you throw yourself away
oh, you throw yourself away

Always been hoping that you could
But now you wonder if you should
Sometimes you're losing the control
It feels like you can't stand it all

Sometimes the clock is ticking fast
How long is this dream gonna last
Those times are hidden in the past
Those times are hidden in the past

Sometimes you run, Sometimes you hide
Sometimes you lie, Sometimes you cry
Sometimes you throw yourself away
You throw yourself away
Oh, there's nothing left to say
You feel you've lost it anyway

I don't worry about today
And I know I'm here to stay
All I wanna do is breathe
Sometimes

I'm ready now
It's alright now
Can't stop me now
Can't stop me now
